I had an excellent stay with great value for my money; the room was spacious, well-furnished, and offered a lovely city view. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home, and the location was convenient for exploring local attractions.

Breakfast items could benefit from more flavorful options.

excellent position was an added bonus. it took only 15 minutes to walk to bakery junction bus stop.

From the bus stop 10 minutes on foot.

It is a cute atmosphere with attuned staff who fulfill special requests brilliantly and assist with local insights!

i did not want to leave there and will be back. everything was awesome during 5 days, loved its good and magnificent location near to uber taxis and an unrated restaurant-delivering what is ordered. the breakfast was great, had good meals.

I had a great Easter stay! The location is perfect-close to everything you'd want to explore. The fresh fruit platter delivered to my room every night was such a lovely touch, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with tons of options! The staff were super friendly and made sure my family felt at home.

I did notice that the rooms felt a bit small, and some facilities could use a refresh. The breakfast area was pretty busy, and it seemed like they could use more hands on deck to keep things tidy. a solid stay but with a few areas for improvement!

Favourable location just a pleasant stroll away from an archaeology museum. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel has a glamorous entrance and the staff really stand out with their helpfulness. The food was excellent, offering a great mix of local and international flavors. Just be mindful of room placement; While the service is great, some details like privacy could use attention.

The breakfast buffet had everything you'd want, fluffy ramasseri idlis and fresh multi-grain dosa. The personal service was great, Mr Mani knew exactly how I liked my black coffee, bringing it to my table without needing to ask!

It wasn't cheap, but I would say it was acceptable.

The hotel's claim of having a spa is misleading. I found no spa facilities . The lighting in the room was inadequate for video conferencing, frustrating. The lack of proper cleaning protocols was concerning, including passport photocopies left exposed at the front desk. The toilet paper was stingy, with rolls barely enough for one use, and the breakfast room was quite messy, who slipped on the wet floor.

we recently stayed at vivanta and found our experience enjoyable overall. the staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. our room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with good facilities, including a coffee maker and free wi-fi. the outdoor pool and dining options were good, especially the excellent chinese restaurant.

A Nice Stay

During my recent visit to Thiruvananthapuram, I was eager to explore the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, which has always fascinated me. I chose Vivanta specifically for its convenient location, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality of the staff and the impressive 24-hour room service. The Kerala Cuisine restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious local dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Only part I was disappointed with is that there wasn't a spa or massage area in the hotel. I’ve seen other hotels in the area not as good have these facilities.

the excellent service provided by the staff enhanced my experience, ensuring all my needs were met promptly.

I did notice a minor inconvenience with theWi-Fi connection, which was occasionally slow. Despite this slight hiccup, it did not significantly detract from my overall enjoyable stay at the hotel.
